Forcing Employees To Buy Boss A Christmas Gift

One woman took to Reddit to vent about her job’s expectations for Christmas.  She works for a surgeon’s office and the manager wants to collect $25 from each employee to get the boss a gift.  However, she only makes $15 an hour AND she has yet to get a Christmas bonus in the two years she has worked there.  Want to chime in?
