Man Sues Psychic For Fraud

A California man is suing a psychic for $1,000 because she did not lift the curse she told him he had.  That “curse” was still causing issues on his life, wife and kids. Mauro Restrepo is now seeking $25,000 in damages for alleged fraud, negligence, civil conspiracy, and the infliction of emotional distress.  The judge has not ruled on what will become of this, but we will keep you posted.
