Neighbor Wants Another Neighbor Evicted Over Kids

Next-door neighbors can be the worst, especially when you live an apartment.  One Reddit user has the internet going after them because they want their neighbors evicted because their kids are too loud.  They have told the mom that her kids are too loud but the only real response she has received, is for her to move to a kid-free apartment.
