Caillou is Cancelled, and apparently people are happy about it.
“We’re saying farewell to @cailloudhx,” PBS Kids announced in a tweet this week, along with tips “for what to do when your child’s favorite media goes away.”
Parents IMMEDIATELY started partying online:
“Caillou’s reign of terror is over!!”
Caillou after a two decade run on PBS Kids, has officially been cancelled.
Feeback to the news has been generally positive, which reflects just how much people, including parents of the target demographic, were never a fan of Caillou’s attitude in the series. pic.twitter.com/66VIiFhdnN

How did a show about a bald 4 year old who throws temper tantrums all the time last that long?

They gave Dragon Tales the boot back in 08, but not the bald 4-year-old with an attitude problem…
PBS, man. What is their priorities?

My parents never let me watch this show when I was a kid because of him throwing temper tantrums all the time and they didn’t want me learning from him 😂😂

The show first aired in 1997 on Teletoon, and new episodes were released until 2010, after which Caillou reruns aired.
