Scott Pilgrim Anime Coming To Netflix

The cult classic graphic novel series, Scott Pilgrim, will be heading to the screen for the second (maybe third?) time! With Netflix gearing up for an anime adaptation from the original writer & artist, Bryan Lee O’Malley.

After the 2010 hit big screen adaptation from Edgar Wright, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, the Scott Pilgrim fanbase exploded. Netflix will be working with Universal Studio Group to channel the creative teams behind projects like The Umbrella Academy and Chucky (2021).

The original graphic novel published by Oni Press released six volumes of the series between 2004 and 2010. Not only becoming an indie comic hit but a publishing phenomenon that broke out into the mainstream, selling millions of copies.

Either way, I think I speak for us all when I say I just can’t wait for more Sex Bob-omb.
