Should Halloween Be Rescheduled

Trick-or-treating is usually the best time of year…except for last year when the kids could not go.  This year it falls on Sunday and some parents would like it celebrated early.  Many are asking if the festivities can be changed to Saturday, rather than Sunday, due to school the next day.  To read more about why parents what it changed, here.
