Southwest Cancellations Ruin Bride’s Wedding

Kimberli Romano and Kyle Hlavaty got married last weekend in Las Vegas. Their families were expected to fly in to attend the ceremony, but Southwest unexpectedly canceled thousands of flights, including theirs.  The bride’s family were unable to find another flight to get to Vegas in time, which caused them to miss the wedding.  They are seeking an apology from Southwest for the mishap.
