Stolen Dog Reunited With Owners

One man finds an abandoned dog at a car wash and takes it home.  He takes it home to his girlfriend and they head to the vet to see if it is micro-chipped. They called the number listed only to hear a woman crying hysterically about this dog, who went missing 3 years prior, not believing that it is still alive.
