A Canadian teenager was busted going almost 200 mph in his dad’s car — more than three times the posted speed limit. “This is the fastest speed that I’ve ever heard of,” Ontario Provincial Police Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said in a 13-minute rant about Saturday’s bust of the 19-year-old wannabe racer. “This could have turned into the most devastating fatal crash ever.” The unidentified teen was with a 19-year-old pal in his dad’s Mercedes C63 when he was clocked doing 308 kmh, or 191 mph, on a highway close to Niagara Falls at 10 p.m. Saturday. Schmidt assumed it was “just a joke” when his officer first sent him a picture of the speed reading, noting how most jets do not go that fast when they take off. “Unbelievable speeds. We’re talking 191 miles an hour, we’re talking 85 meters a second, 280 feet per second,” said Schmidt. “This is absolutely egregious for anyone to be going those kinds of speeds.”
