Tekashi 6in9ine Has To Move After A Neighbor Leaked Address
Tekashi 69 drew more than 2 million viewers to an Instagram livestream over the weekend in which he bragged about his fame, defended his decision to cooperate with federal authorities, and shared a colorful visual for his latest single, “Gooba.” Though the livestream seemed to achieve all the goals he had in mind, the rapper quickly ran into a problem after a neighbor spotted him out on the balcony (flashing a stack of cash). The neighbor not only recorded him, but leaked the address of where he was staying. Hours later, Tekashi’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, confirmed that the rapper had been relocated for security reasons. He also added that federal authorities were notified of the move. Tekashi isn’t violating house arrest by being out on the balcony, but should know better than to appear in the open for his own safety. The rapper was released from prison early after arguing his asthma puts him at high risk for coronavirus.
