Work Requires Employees To Use PTO For Christmas

One online user took to “Direct Report” to ask if she had a right to be upset.  Her job is closed for the holidays – between Christmas and New Year’s; however, they are requiring her to use her PTO.  Most of the responses agreed that she should NOT have to utilize her PTO for the company’s shutdown.  What do you think?
