Joe Exotic Is Out Of Prison – Kinda

We’ve been waiting for Joe Exotic to get out of prison and apparently he is, at least on a phone. He recently took to IG to comment on Hilary Duff’s pictures and had an exchange with her husband, Matthew, and we are here for it!
