Margot Robbie’s ‘Barbie’ Movie Will Not Feature ‘Barbie Girl’ Song By Aqua

It has been revealed that Aqua’s track ‘Barbie Girl’ will not be in Margot Robbie’s new movie, Barbie.

The manager of Aqua’s lead singer said, “The song will not be used in the movie.”

Reportedly, this could have something to do with Aqua’s beef with Mattel back in the day when the song was extremely popular.

Mattel filed a lawsuit against Aqua and MCA records at the time, which leads fans to believe that is the reason why this song won’t appear in the film.
