Work Request Gone Too Far??

One employee was asked to remove a rhinestone brooch because her co-worker was deathly afraid of them.  The employee removed it but took to the internet to find out if she should have OR if her co-worker was wrong.  There are phobias but is this taking it too far? Read the article here
